1. How do I enable donations on my profile?
To start receiving donations, you need to connect your Audio.com account to Stripe Connect Express. Go to your profile page, click on the Start Earning button in the left column below your profile details, and follow the setup flow to link your Stripe account.
2. How do I complete Stripe setup and add payout details?
As part of the Stripe setup, you’ll need to verify your identity and provide payout details such as your bank account or debit card. Stripe requires this process and usually takes just a few minutes.
3. Where can I see my earnings and request payouts?
You can view your earnings anytime in your Stripe dashboard. Payouts are automatically handled by Stripe according to your payout schedule and settings.
4. How does the commission work?
Audio.com takes a 7% commission from each donation to cover processing fees and platform maintenance. Stripe may also apply its own standard payment processing fees. You’ll always see the net amount you earn in your dashboard.
5. Which countries are supported?
Currently, Stripe Connect Express supports creators in most major countries. You can check the list of supported countries here. If your country is not supported yet, we’ll notify you when it becomes available.
6. What if I didn’t pass Stripe setup or my payouts are delayed?
If your Stripe Setup fails, double-check that your information matches the information on your government ID. For payout delays, check your Stripe dashboard for updates or reach out to Audio.com support for help.
