You can support your favorite creators by clicking the “Support Creator” button on their profile or audio page. Choose an amount, whether one-time or recurring, and complete the payment using your preferred method.
2. How do I set up monthly support?
Check Make this monthly option when donating. Your card will be charged automatically each month until you cancel your subscription.
3. How can I cancel a recurring donation?
You can manage or cancel your monthly support anytime from your Supported Creators in your profile settings page.
4. Can I request a refund?
Donations are generally non-refundable, but if you believe there’s been a mistake or unauthorized payment, please contact Audio.com support, and we’ll review your case.
